Territory Sales Representative

Strategic Marketing is an award winning marketing company providing Data-Driven, multi-channel marketing for the automotive industry. We are a fast paced and high growth organization who is expanding into several markets and requiring additional sales professionals to join our team. Starting compensation for the first year is $50,000 plus bonuses with an expectation of 6 figure compensation during the second year.  We have developed a leading edge marketing platform which is exciting to sell and unique to our industry. Our company is positioned to increase sales over 100% this year and continue with high growth for the next several years.

 

Job Description:

This position is responsible for selling multi-channel marketing programs to automotive dealerships and OEMs. Candidates will be fully trained on how to develop relationships through our consultative sales approach and how to provide the right product to meet the client’s needs. This position involves selling the newest and most innovative products in our industry with the highest level of quality, service and integrity.

 

Responsibilities:

We are hiring individuals with a history of proven sales success to develop their territory through competitive sales techniques, cold calling and knowledge of the company’s products and services. We provide full in-depth training. The position does require the following:

  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to discover the customer’s needs
  • Understanding of how to build quality relationships with new and existing assigned accounts
  • Ability to increase account base, market penetration and volume of sales
  • Ability to cold call customers via phone, email, and Linkedin
  • Ability to effectively deliver face to face presentations

 

The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years sales experience which includes cold calling on the phone and in-person and making face to face sales presentations.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 2 plus years prior sales experience
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a strong relationship builder and possess a high sense of personal motivation
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager clients, customers, and the general public
  • Must be able to interpret data analytics and be comfortable with CRM platforms

Account Coordinator

Job Description:

Own the Order Management process from dealer contract submission through printing and reporting.  Communicate daily with Sales Reps, Data, Graphic Artists, Printing, and Dealer customers to ensure that all orders are processed with 100% accuracy and timeliness.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders on the proprietary Strategic Marketing Order Management System in a manner to ensure accuracy, efficiency, timeliness and quality service.
  • Apply knowledge of company products and services to respond to all order inquiries in a diplomatic and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain quality relations with assigned Sales Reps and Dealer customers.
  • Maintain updated, organized, and detail files on all assigned Dealer customers.
  • Understand and process data sets for each customer order.
  • Proactively identify any barriers to meeting order drop dates and communicate these barriers to the Operations Manager and Sales Rep.
  • Responsible for communicating with vendors, customers, Graphics, Data and Sales Reps on a regular basis to ensure that each job runs smoothly and on time.
  • Manage relationships with vendors via production schedules and open lines of communication to ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Assist our Dealer clients in any way that the need and ensure that they have all the materials necessary for a successful promotion.
  • Work with the entire production staff to ensure that office operations are efficient and accurate.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.); Minimum two to three years of experience in job force; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Account Manager

Basic Function:

Support the company’s sales goals by working with the National Accounts division and executing Tier 2 programs through effective customer service, efficient communications, and detailed account management. Account Management and Customer Service are key functions within this position.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the National Accounts team (Tier 2) to become proficient with the overall sales programs and understanding the details associated within each program.
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis through phone calls, emails, and necessary communication channels in order to maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct overall administrative support with emphasis on order processing and preparing and entering contracts.
  • Communicate with account coordinators as well as data and graphics departments to manage each promotion through successful completion.
  • Educate and prepare client for using Strategic Track for upcoming campaigns including promotion details, Strategic Track basics, the life of a lead, and other pertinent client education.
  • Maintain reporting and organize files on all accounts for assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 programs.
  • Assist in preparation and delivery of sales presentations and going through details as required.
  • Keep informed of market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources.
  • As needed, deliver presentations for dealerships enrolled in corporate program to ensure their understanding of our products and services.

Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist provides comprehensive coordination and a single point of contact of onboarding efforts used to bring on new dealers into Empower. This position will lead the administrative functions and services for onboarding, provides individual assistance to new dealers assisting them to navigate the system by obtaining assets for deployment pieces, step through data validation mapping, and provide overall training assistance on Empower.  Essentially the individual serves as a “co-pilot” to the dealer ensuring that their onboarding process is efficient and satisfying.

 

While working closely with the dealer, this person will keep internal stakeholders apprised of the dealer’s onboarding status. This person informs all parties of their role in the process and works collaboratively to resolve any issues as they arise. The work is self-directed. Actions are guided by dealer start dates, external and internal deadliness, and clear deliverables. This function requires relationship building and collaboration to meet the clearly stated objectives of a project.

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired
  • Previous experience with delivering solutions to automotive dealerships highly preferred
  • Technical experience using Pageflex, XMPie, or other print ready solutions is preferred

Strategic Marketing is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives. Inside sales working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

 

Responsibilities:

Variable Data, Graphic Design, Prepress

Seeking a career oriented individual with both a technical and design background to work with graphic design, variable data print and composition software.

 

Basic Function

Work with graphic design, database, and variable data composition software to produce templated variable data documents.

Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.  Other duties may be assigned

  • Prepare, proof and design documents for digital output
  • Create and program variable data documents
  • Translate original designs into variable data templates
  • Work closely with IT and Graphics departments to develop best practices
  • Maintain libraries of variable assets
  • Create and manipulate graphic assets as required

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in prepress, graphic design, or direct mail
  • Comfortable in both PC and Mac environments
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Excel
  • VBS, Javascript, font handling, and VDP software a plus
  • Database applications SQL, Pervasive
  • High Speed Laser Printer operation a plus

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.); or one to three years related graphics arts experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Adobe Creative Suite with extensive InDesign experience.  Pageflex a major plus.
