We Believe In Teamwork
Our goal is simple: we want to be the best. With over 29 years in business, we have found the perfect formula – it takes the Right Data, Right Message, and Right Process, and to make it all come together, you must have the Right People. We have done this by recruiting the best talent available, and as a team, we are unstoppable.
We Believe In Hardwork
We are determined. We know how to compete, but it’s not all fun and games. So we have a work-hard, play-hard attitude and have fun while working.
We Believe In Game-Changing Work
We strive to be different and challenge the norm. We ARE the game changers in this industry. We work with 9 of the Top 10, 18 of the Top 25, and 28 of the Top 40 Dealer Groups across the U.S.
We Believe In Corporate Responsibility
Engaging with our local community is a significant part of our company culture. As a result, we have participated in several programs, including the Special Olympics Plane Pull and the Louisville Sports Commission Corporate Games. In the spirit of being game-changers, we were proud to be crowned grand champions of the 2017 Corporate Games, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 divisional champions, and 2022 overall and division tailgating champions!
A Work-Hard, Play-Hard Mentality
We set ourselves apart by maintaining a working environment that promotes creativity and excitement. Whether we compete at company cook-out challenges, Halloween costume parties, or March Madness Bracket contests, our employees take pride in our office culture.

Meet the leadership team from Strategic Marketing!
In 1995, Mr. Strause ventured out and started Strategic Marketing, Inc. Mr. Strause has served as President and CEO of Strategic Marketing for 25 years and has guided the business through different transformations over the years, becoming one of the most innovative and respected marketing companies in the automotive space.
Throughout Todd’s career, he has focused on leveraging the power of data to develop innovative products that help drive client success. Whether it’s running a business, developing marketing products or helping a client identify unseen opportunities, Todd’s belief that data is power and whoever understands the data wins in the end, has been a foundational guiding principle.
Mr. Strause has several accomplishments in his career, including being named a finalist for Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year”. In addition, under his leadership, Strategic Marketing has won numerous regional and national awards for growth and innovation, including being a multi-year winner of the Dealer Choice Award as the “Best” marketing company in the Automotive Industry, recipient of Louisville’s Business First Fast 50 Award and winner of the “Best Places to Work” in Kentucky.

Brian attended Southeast Missouri State, where he played collegiate baseball, which continued by spending 5-years in the minor leagues, as well as a stint in Europe. After his athletic career ended, he recognized the power in data analysis through the formulation and funding for a non-profit in NY, where he was instrumental in the approval of multiple grants. He then went on to manage a mitigation department for a well-known bank, where he helped guide them through the financial crisis that followed the 2008 collapse.
Brian is an avid sports fan, especially his Chicago teams, in particular, the Chicago Cubs. Brian loves spending time with his wife Suzy and his three children Jordan, Payton, and Dawson. The family can always be found together at one of their sporting events, or on the hiking trails around Louisville.
