Sales Representative/Marketing Consultant

Basic Function
Responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals by developing professional long-term relationships through discovering the needs of new and existing clients and by delivering innovative products with the highest level of quality, service, and integrity to exceed those needs.

We need a proven “HUNTER” to develop maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company’s products and services as well as the competition’s strengths/weaknesses. Must be able to build and maintain quality relations with existing assigned accounts, and increase account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis. Contact customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or at least 6 years sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess a strong desire to succeed with a proven track record of sales success.
- Must have the “hunter mentality” and work well with alone or in a group to solve problems.
- Must be a strong relationship builder and possess a high sense of personal motivation.
- Needs the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of manager, clients, customers, and the general public.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurance underwriting requirements. Personal credit card required covering business travel expenses in accordance with our travel policy. Drug screening required.
